Application

• The LDM7DC series DC molded case circuit breaker (referred to as circuit breaker) has a rated operating voltage to DC1500V.

• Rated insulation voltage: 1500V.

• Rated impulse withstand voltage: up to 12kV.

• Rated current: 100A ~ 1600A.

• The circuit breaker can be vertically or horizontally installed.

• Compliance Standards: IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-2.

Working Conditions

• Altitude: 2000m and below (high altitude capacity reduction coefficients apply above this).

• Temperature:

  • Surrounding Medium: Not higher than +70°C (+45°C for Marine products) and not lower than -25°C.

  • Average Value (24h): Shall not exceed +35°C.

  • Note: For temperatures higher than +50°C, users must use capacity reduction coefficients.

• Storage Temperature: -40°C ~ +75°C.

• Humidity:

  • Relative humidity at installation site does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C.

  • Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20°C).

  • Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

• Inclination: The maximum inclination is ±22.5°.

• Environment: * Must be used in a medium without explosion risk.

  • The medium must not be sufficient to corrode metal or destroy insulation gas and conductive dust.

  • Use where there is no rain and snow hit.
